This was a nice quick meal. I chopped up some thin sliced turkey breast and sauteed in a pan with a little coconut oil and Country Bob’s Sauce. With half an anjou pear on the side.
I am 40 years old and am maintaining a 110 pound weight loss while still enjoying food. I love tinkering with recipes so that I can make balanced meals, and I believe in eating real food. Enjoy!
