Balance and brekkie

Had 1/2 of a Chocolate Raspberry Balance bar before hitting the Y today.


Did a good workout of 15 minute swim, 30 minute jog and a lower body workout.

Came home and made my protein pancakes.  These are so quick – it just takes me 10 minutes to do these with the blueberry sauce.  Good thing cause I was starving!
