The foods that I have been eating on my journey to lose 115 pounds without surgery. I don't eat artificial sweeteners, and try to eat whole foods.
With the time change, I am not used to it being light out during dinner! Makes picture taking nicer, though.
Dinner was chicken breast, sauteed brussel sprouts and clementines.
And snack – I sure did get in my fruits and veggies today!
