Was up a bit early today and did a long cardio workout. 60 minutes on the stationary bike, then 30 on the recumbent. Came home and had protein pancakes! You haven’t seen these in a while :)
With cafe au lait.
Lunch was out with my sister. We each got an entree and shared. She had a falafel pita with hummus. It was delicious!
I had thai curry with chicken, carrots, and potatoes. Also nommy! Brown rice would have been better!
We then went and painted ceramics. I did a latte mug (what else??). Here it is unfinished. It’ll be ready in a week.
Then we had the real thing.
