Had a good workout at the Y today. Jogged for 30 minutes with intervals, did a lower body workout, then 1/2 hour walk.
Took myself out for a whole wheat bagel and light cream cheese (you know I love my bagels!)
Lunch was lemon pepper tuna salad on Ezekiel bread.
Plus cucumbers:
And 1/2 of a fuji apple with a dab of peanut butter for spreading

I loooove fresh cucumber slices with a little sea salt :)
