I woke up to go to the gym today (in the dark) and it had snowed a couple of inches!! Jeez!!!
Had half of Luna bar preworkout.
After I got back, I had a standard protein pancakes with blueberry sauce!
I have to really make an effort to slow down my eating after my workouts. I am famished, even with the preworkout snack.
Got some mung beans soaking - should be interesting to play with later!
