Today's snack was a latte, John made them and brought to me at the computer while I was working.
Dinner was a reworking of the mung bean coconut curry from yesterday. I steamed about a cup of broccoli, then mixed it into the curry. Just a different variation from serving with couscous. It really bulked up my plate! And so good. I have never cooked with coconut milk before, and I really liked it!
Sliced banana on the side with a dusting of toasted coconut to tie it all together.
Evening snack, half a Zone bar, since I was hungry!
