Chowda!


John made dinner tonight. He used a recipe for clam chowder from Dave Lieberman. He edited the recipe to reduce the cream, subbing 2/3 with 1% milk and not using much butter. We did not do croutons, but used oyster crackers (like any good New Englander!)

The soup came out to about 240 calories per serving and was wonderful!

I must be honest, I have never never never ever had clam chowder before! LOL! I do wonder what it tastes like!
