Seafood kind of day.

Lunch was a lemon pepper tuna salad on oat bread, with sauteed brussel sprouts (nice change!) and strawberries.


Snack break during work in my Monet mug.  Honey drizzled latte courtesy of DH!


Dinner, I felt like more seafood, so put some breaded shrimp in the toaster oven, along with some broccoli to roast.  And 1/2 an anjou pear.

Ok... I gotta ask... where do you get such delicious ripe-looking strawberries? The ones at our grocery stores here in the Denver area are beautiful on the outside and white/pink on the inside. Vee at
