Lunch was a lemon pepper tuna salad on oat bread, with sauteed brussel sprouts (nice change!) and strawberries.

Dinner, I felt like more seafood, so put some breaded shrimp in the toaster oven, along with some broccoli to roast. And 1/2 an anjou pear.
