PB&J Oats

Breakfast was sooooo good today!

I did pumpkin oats and topped with 2 tsp of natty peanut butter and some cranberry sauce. Smooth, tart, sweet, nutty and creamy!pbjoats

I have a salt craving now, so I made nachos for lunch.  I used Food  Should Taste Good multigrain chips, topped with some of the pulled pork from last night, lowfat shredded cheddar and salsa.  So satisfying!  A little higher in calories than normal for lunch, but it should hold me for a while!

Never heard pumpkin oats before. But loved the cranberry sauce topped on it. So healthy!
