Okay, I decided to take myself out for a bagel for breakfast after my Y workout. I ran for 40 minutes after swimming and weights and I was totally famished. I had my camera ready and everything, but then scarfed most of my bagel before I remembered to take a picture! So here is the last bite LOL
It was multigrain with maple walnut cream cheese.

I am not showing a photo of lunch. I was totally craving my protein pancakes - must be the extra glycogen usage from the workout?? You all have seen those a 100 times already.
