Lots of wonderful produce since it is early in the week.
Lunch was tuna mixed with that yummy lemon hummus. Gosh that stuff is really good! Served on top of Ezekiel bread. I sliced up some of the chayote to put on top, and it was crunchy and good, although I ended up just pulling the slices off and eating them alone, as I wanted to savor the taste of the hummus.
Snack was latte and berries.
Dinner was sauteed turkey breast, broccoli and 1/2 a pear. Looks like the chayote!
