Yummy, yummy brekkie this morning! 1/2 cup of oats cooked with 1/2 of a mashed banana and cinnamon. After cooking, I topped it with 1 tbsp toasted coconut, 2 tsp of natty peanut butter and a sprinkling of spelt berries. I could hardly wait to eat it!
That looks so good. I love going to all the different journals where you make different kinds of oats. I buy the prepackaged flavored kind and I am thinking I am going to start making the different recipes. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
I am 40 years old and am maintaining a 110 pound weight loss while still enjoying food. I love tinkering with recipes so that I can make balanced meals, and I believe in eating real food. Enjoy!
