Coconut oats

My brown rice protein powder arrived, so I could add it to my oats. I missed my protein shot!
The mix was 1/2 can pumpkin, 15 grams of brown rice protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, topped with spelt berries and some toasted coconut. It was warm and filling!


Lunch break today. Kind of wanted something hot, but hunger won out with the fast factor. Made a lemon pepper tuna wrap and more fabulous strawberries! Plus 1 tsp of peanut butter eaten off the spoon to take the edge off my hunger.

Oh my gosh, that wrap looks amazing!!! And strawberries!!!

I am going to try that lemon pepper tuna wrap. I have one wrap left and I having been making mine with turkey, spinach and carrots. Those strawberries look yummy also. Have a great weekend.

Great looking oats! I have to try some brown rice protein in my oats. I'm always looking for a way to get more protein in the morning.
