The foods that I have been eating on my journey to lose 115 pounds without surgery.
I don't eat artificial sweeteners, and try to eat whole foods.
Repeat for dinner, as we had to use up the chicken sausages since we got them on sale (they were nearing their expiry). Sauteed broccoli and cauliflower tonight and 1/2 an anjou pear.
In the zone for an evening snack. Dark chocolate strawberry. These are a bit dry, but taste pretty decadent.
Oh wow, love your eats! I have never tried those bars, but it sounds tasty!
