The foods that I have been eating on my journey to lose 115 pounds without surgery.
I don't eat artificial sweeteners, and try to eat whole foods.
Afternoon snacks today:
1 tsp of peanut butter. I love this stuff.
Latte. In a different cup. Can you tell that I love pottery??
Dinner tonight was chicken breast, broccoli and applesauce!
Your pottery is beautiful. It makes me want to go buy some new mugs :).
