John and I had a nice quiet morning at Panera bread drinking coffee:
And a bagel!
Went to my parent’s house for lunch/dinner and we all brought something different.
Highlights:
The local smokehouse ham that John and I brought. Baked with an apricot mango jam glaze. Num!
Colleen brought a wonderful fruit salad with yummy blackberries! You know I love my fruit and ate a lot of this :)
Roasted sweet potatoes.
We also had salad and green beans.
Plus, being Easter and all, there was some of this:
Now I have to work, can you believe it?
