Nummy!

No morning workout, so I stayed at home for breakfast.

The usual pancakes with blueberries and cafe au lait!

Lunch was a bit of freezer diving.  I had some cooked pork tenderloin, which I chopped up and put on toasted ezekiel bread with Country Bob’s sauce, plus clems and carrots.  The carrots are just about gone!

For dinner, I decided to use some of this sauce:

Sauteed up some broccoli and chicken breast, then added a 1/8 cup of cooked couscous.  It was delicious and spicy!  I loooove Indian food.

I havent eaten cashews in ages. for some reason Ive been in a bigole ALMOND rut.
