I just can’t tell you how much I love the zesty lemon hummus! Today’s lunch I mixed the hummus with cooked chicken breast and had it on toast. You can’t tell from the picture, but it was a warm sammie! Plus carrots and more delicious strawberries!
Breakfast was protein pancakes with a side of the regional activity newspaper. Looking for my first 5K of the season!
Preworkout snack this morning was a Fudge Graham Zone bar. My favorite.
