April 1st

Happy April Fool’s Day.  I am a jokester, but not a prankster, so nothing up my sleeve today.

Preworkout shake was:


1 scoop of brown rice protein powder blended with 1 cup 1% milk and half a banana.  Tastes pretty good. Bananas are really sweet.  I drank half before and half after the workout.

Brekkie was protein pancakes, although I left the protein powder out of these since I had a shake. It just makes the batter a little thinner.


Lunch:  Fage (love it!!) mixed with cereal, strawberries, and honey.


Afternoon snack!
