Up early for my workout. Before leaving the house, had a zone bar.
Came back to cook a fabulous breakfast of oatmeal made with a banana and cocoa powder, topped with toasted coconut and hazelnut butter. This was sooo good! It was a larger banana than usual, so they were sweeter.
With cafe au lait.
Lunch was a Morningstar Griller spread with hummus. Carrots and yummy blackberries.
Snack was a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee - they were 50 cents today! Not to mention it is less than a mile away.
Plus a balance bar, as I was starving after my heavy cardio workout today.
Dinner was SeaPak Clam strips, sauteed brussel sprouts and strawberries.
Went out to Panera Bread for a chitchat tonight, but I didn’t really want anything to eat, so I got a cup of coffee (decaf) and a sample of something, which turned out to be cinnamon raisin bread. It was about 2 bites worth.
