Back to routine.

After an eating day yesterday for Bunny Day, it was good to get back to routine.

Preworkout – I wanted something small, since I ate so much yesterday I wasn’t super hungry.  So I opted for a SoyJoy

Got back and had my protein pancakes.  Steamy hot!

Lunch was baby carrots (not pictured) and some Oikos greek yogurt.  I am a big fan of Fage, and have just tried Chobani.   I received some coupons for Oikos and here it is!oikos I mixed it like I normally do with yogurt, with granola, honey, and strawberries.  The Oikos is nice and creamy, which I love.  It has a tangier taste to it than the other greek yogurts  I have tried.  I do have a vanilla one as well, which I am excited to try!

Afternoon latte in my new mug that I painted at a ceramic shop!  I love it!

Plus some clems – a good batch came in!

Dinner was more of that fabulous local ground beef.  The only thing I don’t like is having to make the burger small for calorie sake.  Topped with reduced fat cheese.  Roasted brussel sprouts and a small nana!

I was looking for those Soy bars, as they are apparently at Costco, but I can't seem to find them.

I like the presentation of the dinner portion! And I like the painted butterflies too from your mug. I usually paint ceramics very badly..

What is the sauce on top of the protein pancakes?

The sauce is frozen blueberries that I heat up in a pan and then stir in a cornstarch/water slurry to thicken up. It's awesome and no sugar added!
