No oats today!

My day off started not quite as early as normal.  I actually slept until 6:40!  Had a quick chocolate protein shake before my workout, with water ready to go:



Came back to a “no oat” breakfast, which was yummy and different.  A 1-minute muffin sitting on blueberry sauce:


1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp  brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 tablespoon pumpkin.

Mix and microwave for 1 minute in a large muffin cup.

Ultra yum!!

Lunch was a tuna wrap, more FSTG Buffalo chips, plus mandarin oranges.


Did a bunch of garden digging, then went out shopping for plants, called John to meet me at a bakery for a small treat:

Peanut butter chocolate mousse tart and coffee! This is a 3-bit size tart, not as big as it looks here!



Grilled for dinner – cooked a pound of chicken on the grill to make meals easy in the next few days.  Plus sweet potatoes we put in a pan on the grill and my broccoli!


Movie night!  Watched “Dan in Real Life”  cute.  With a latte and a Chai Luna bar.

that muffin is brilliant!! I'll have to try that...I love muffins, but I can never eat a whole batch before they go bad and I never remember to freeze half. Sounds super healthy too!
