The weekend!

Yay!  Done with the work week!  I worked this morning so that I could be done earlier and stretch out my weekend.  So, no gym this morning, but I did go later.

Breakfast:

oats

1/2 cup oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup pumpkin

1 scoop vanilla PP

1.5 tsp peanut butter

 

Lunch was egg salad!  I love egg salad.  On an Arnold Sandwich thin, plus the last of the carrots and a Chobani blueberry yogurt for more protein.  Again, this one is too sweet for me.  I’ll stick with the plain and the vanilla ones.

Snack was a latte and a zone bar.  The zone was for extra nutrients since I was going to work out shortly thereafter.

Dinner after I got back from the gym:  Seawatch Clam Strips (You must find these if you can.  Delicious, 6 grams of fiber and 17 grams of protein and 6 grams of fat!)

We went out for a treat tonight.  Only 8 yogurt!  Mine was flavored with blueberry.   I love how the shop says that a medium is only 100 calories, which would be true if they really only gave you a cup of yogurt.  I have brought a scale several times to measure, and it is almost always 50 calories more than they state.  So I always count 150 calories for it, but a nice treat nonetheless!
