I had a lot of coffee today!
Started off with a pumpkin vanilla protein smoothie preworkout. Geez, I like these. Plus water bottle!
Came back to protein pancakes:
and cafe au lait.
Lunch was tuna salad on an Arnold bun, more carrot chips and mandarin oranges.
Afternoon snack! I love our latte machine, cheap thing that it is. Drizzled with a bit of honey.
Dinner was chicken breast and broccoli sauteed in some coconut oil and the Kitchen of India simmer sauce, topped with feta cheese! I love feta. And a wonderful red Anjou pear.
We went out for coffee tonight:
And I brought a Luna bar rather than eating one of the available pastries. The chai tea flavor is my very favorite luna bar. You can taste cardamom and black pepper in it.
