I woke up too early, so feel tired today. All of today’s eats reflect quick and easy!
Preworkout:
Pumpkin smoothie.
Came back to a yummy bowl of oats with Jay Robb strawberry protein powder and banana added. This protein powder was 1/2 off, or I never would have spent that much money on it! Good stuff, though. Topped with a bit of peanut butter and some dehydrated strawberries.
Plus cafe au lait.
Lunch was a wrap made with tuna and the pepper hummus with spring mix, plus some leftover sweet potatoes and 1/2 a pear from last night.
Snack:
Dinner was a quick fix staple for me! Clam strips, broccoli and strawberries.
Just finished up work, and this is my treat. The Fudge Graham is my favorite Zone bar.

MMmmm, everything looks great!
Isn't it funny how getting up just a little earlier can wreak havoc on our day? I think it also goes for getting up late too.
