Protein pancakes with blueberries
Cafe au lait

Lunch:

Tuna sandwich on Smart Life wrap
Cucumbers
Banana

Snack:

16 oz skim milk latte

Dinner:

3 oz turkey breast
1 cup steamed broccoli

Snack:

Chocolate mint Luna bar
