Taste of the sea.

We stopped at Price Chopper last night, I was looking for blueberries on sale - but they weren't! However, we did get our favorite seafood item that we can only find there: Seawatch Breaded Clam strips! They are so good, packed with protein and fiber. We just like to cook them in the toaster oven.

And yes, I do eat broccoli pretty much every day. I don't like very many veggies - but I love broccoli.

Dessert, or an after workout snack, I guess, was a mini pumpkin pie made in a jumbo silicone muffin cup, and topped with a bit of chai marmalade.

Blurry lunch

I either need a new camera or better picture taking skills. Not sure why so many of my photos come out blurry! Lunch was Fage yogurt with a bit of honey, strawberries and Grapenuts. Really a yummy combo, although a bit of a cold lunch for winter time.

Pre latte snack about an hour later because I got hungry, so had a small banana and a cup of banana flavored green tea!

Drawing winner!

Random number generator chose #3. Jessica at Pudget sound won Country Bob's sauce!

Bagel morning!

Mid week bagel. We usually go Sunday and either Wed or Thursday out for a bagel. Today was Cool Beans where I had a wheat bagel and light cream cheese.

And cinnamon hazelnut coffee on the side.

Now it's off to work!

Boca dinner

Busy day of work today. Learning the new software platform and all the new doctors is using up all my brain capacity! Another quick dinner: strawberries, sauteed broccoli and a Boca Chick'n patty topped with Bob's Country Sauce!

I snarfed it down pretty fast, too LOL! I do like the Boca things on bread or buns, but I already had oats and a wrap today, so need to watch the carb ratio for the day.

Went to Starbuck's tonight for a small non-fat latte. Nice that they now have ceramic cups for when you stay there.

It's a wrap!

Lunch today - egg salad sandwich on a Flatout multigrain wrap. I do like these for a nice change. Plus 2 clementines.

Snack was a miel latte. Can you believe that a cup of milk froths up to this much in a cup?

Banana coconut oats.

Yummy, yummy brekkie this morning!
1/2 cup of oats cooked with 1/2 of a mashed banana and cinnamon. After cooking, I topped it with 1 tbsp toasted coconut, 2 tsp of natty peanut butter and a sprinkling of spelt berries. I could hardly wait to eat it!
